I have definitely taken more pictures this trip around than I have ever done many many trips before. But now looking at them all, I keep going back to the very first pictures I took during the last hour train ride approaching St. Petersburg. This is my favorite. And this is specially for my Anastasia out there.
beautiful shot! cantik nye.. is that a reflection of some sort?
Thank you Cik Farah. The reflection you see (circles on the left) is the lens of my camera – I took this picture from my cabin (train). The line towards the bottom of the picture is the fence along the railway tracks. And the rest is a little hut in the middle of a swampy area surrounded by the morning Russian mist.
Beautiful photo. Thanks for sharing. I hope to see many of your other photos some day.
Thanks Neil. I will definitely upload loads of them pictures on the Facebook Albums and some on the blog.
The 4 days in St. Petersburg was just awesome! The weather could not have been nicer. The city only gets average of 30 sunny days in a year, and guess what? We got all the the 4! We’re now taking it easy in Moscow (Mom’s hips are demanding some rest after 4 hectic days in St. Pete.)
Tomorrow we’ll do the Kremlin, The Red Square and the rest around Moscow before a little special dinner out to celebrate somebody’s 45th birthday – 2 weeks in advance. Wish you were here!
