I haven’t played with my Samsung phone camera enough to really appreciate what it can come up with. I know what it can NOT do.
Because the shutter speed is extremely low, I have always ended up taking pictures of Edrick’s bum or half of his face with his eyes almost always closed.
It has been frustrating, to say the least. In good lighting and with still subjects, the photos can turn out quite satisfying.
As satisfying as this leftover TomYum I made for lunch today. [Me, a classic example of get myself into the basket and lift it up – myself also. Read: Masuk bakul angkat sendiri.]
ngah,
it’s me nina laa.. n yes, we’ve met once 😛

So sorry to hear you can’t take the heat for now; hope it won’t be for ever. I hear yogurt or yogurt drink is a good remedy for it. Bagus jugak your hubby can help cleaning the tom-yum bowl, and still leaves the toi-let bowl clean after. Hee hee.
My Be loves sambals of any kind (including Sambal Tempoyak Daun Kaduk Campur Petai, I tell you!) because it really helps flushing his sinuses!
You comment reminded me of a hot & spicy story I have been wanting to blog about actually ni. Do come back and check it out later ek?

Tenkiu tenkiu tenkiu. Oh, I am Ngah to all not just Ainil’s friends (but to Ted’s, and Mel’s, and Reez’s, and Lam’s and Flick’s friends!) I noticed that people who have more younger siblings are more likely to have more friends. Hai meh?
Rumah tu ok lah, but she is starting to show her age dah now – I call her (the redbrick house) Redhead. There is a strange story about the house and us. Nanti Ngah citer. (Have we met?)
hi ngah, (i call u ngah coz ainil calls u ngah. hope u don’t mind :P)
loving every bit of your blog.

Hi Salina!
Thank you for your time on my blog. I, too, have been reading your comments on Wiz’s blog ever since you emailed me her URL. And oh yes, I love those pictures of you in Harewood!
It’s surreal…just a few months ago we were at KLCC makan-makan and sembang-sembang sampai tuankedai pengsan waiting. And now you are in Leeds, lady! (Kitreena is so jealous to see you with Noddy.)
I am glad you came back to complete your ‘sadly married’ sentence, Salina. It almost got me worried! Heehee. Say hi to that one sexy Malay man in Leeds for me, ya? (For some reason I am thinking of the “Englishman in New York” song by Sting. “Malayman in Leeds” eh?)
All the best with your other marriage! (To your thesis, that is.)
Miss you,
Enida.
Dear Enida,
Need to correct my incomplete sentence. I am sadly married to my thesis at the moment but happily married to a “sexy” malay man.
Love
Salina
Dear Nida,
I have been reading your blog ever since Wiz linked hers to yours. Witty and fun – i love your inclusion of BM expressions from time to time. I find it quite charming. I would like to start my own blog but at the moment I am sadly married. Keep on posting great stuff or ordinary stuff in a witty way.
Salina
