Dee: Exactly Dee! The story is…this painting was SOLD when I first saw it. I asked the gallery to give me a call if they had any more black-and-white’s. Not long after, I got a call to view 2 or 3 new ones they had. But when I went to the same gallery, this painting was back! Un-SOLD.
Apparently it was too big for the previous purchaser’s intended wall. With a promise, I went home and measured mine. The painting came home to me on September 29 this year. I knew number 9 is my lucky one. Gao yee gao loh!
aha…found it!!! Gorgessss!! This is abstract….and a painting of many possibilities! A possibility of unrequited love….also a possibility maiden’s innocence….and of course, one possibility of virginal bride! huh…my imagination, please excuse me!
