I almost did the kissing-the-ground scene at Alye Parusa punyalah ketaq pala lootoot when I saw this Russian Palotchki, no kidding me Rasputin! Although they are no bigger than your biggest toes – see the McD’s Porridge spoon reference – they certainly of the same idea with our Biskut Lutut. In fact, it is a refined and luxuriated version crossed somewhere between our Biskut Jari, Biskut Lutut and Roti Kering. Takes a while to soften when I dip ’em in me Kopi ‘O. I almost have to gigit manja on one tip to break it open for easy absorption.
Knee lah dia saja nak buat hingaq habaq pi kat hangpa. Chek dok ghenyeh mat yeh hilang dah laa segala ketaq pala lootoot knee tadi. Palotchki ka, palotchka ka… kopi pait pun tak pa. Muka chek dah maneh melecaih dapat jumpak barang pemakan oghang kampung kita kneeh!

Enida, I pun buat macam tu, tumbuk biskut lutut tu and put sugar and kelapa. Now I think I will try to substitute digestive biscuits for my cheesecake base with biskut lutut. Must give it a try.
I cicah dgn milo sejuk Enida, so tak la terbakar mulut and tunggu dia lembik and ngap, satu mulut penuh dan ketika itu suasana menjadi hening seketika sebab wiz tak leh nak bercakap, mulut dah penuh ha ha ha. Hmmm, I think I know why my mom constantly fed me with those.

Oh I can almost feel how kenyang one can be after a Biskut Lutut treat! Apatah lagi jika dimakan bersama Milo sejuk. Memang mendap perut jawabnya. Tersadai!

I LOVE BISKUT LUTUT (although we call it by another name in Kuching).Memang best buat cicat teh o/kopi o.Before I join the HNO (health nut organization ha ha), diri ini bercita-cita nak buat shortbread biscotti for the suami, who loves to cicah ’em in his espresso.
Now?Tinggal angan-angan jer lah. HA HA HA.

Biscotti? Oh mama mia! Another of my favorites. I had my first biscotti in Perth. Terus jatuh cinta gigitan pertama! The one you get with your caffeine at Dome in Malaysia is a very sad version of biscotti, I tell ya. Cheeeeeeaaappppesssttt quality I’ve ever seen.

Hey that’s not biskut lutut, that would be biskut jari kaki ha ha ha ha. Sure looks refined and sedap Enida and I am imagining it with teh o since I don’t drink coffee. I think we should make our biskut lutut smaller kan, sebab selalu tak muat mulut nak makan.

My neighbor siap ajar satu resipi: tumbuk biskut lutut tu dengan lesung batu, pastu tabur gula and kelapa parut. Makan macam emping. Pehhh! Tersedak Tokwan Mat Diah haih!
