It’s funny how a written statement can ‘sound’ offensive. It is challenging enough to make verbal statements without offending others. Writing them doubles the challenge. And of course I am not talking about funny as in the ha-ha-ha kind of funny. One is entitled to his view, yes. One even has the rights to express his view. But it is in expressing one’s views that one either earns or burns respect.
There is always a polite way in speaking our mind. And it is a matter of choice. Always. At the end of the day, smart people are those who pay attention to not only what they say, but how they say it.
All posts revolves around Coach bags, Courts Mammoth and year-end evaluations, right? ahahaha.. Indonesian maids and other people’s views dont make our news.
Ezzatomente, Nizz!
For all I know, I never had an Indonesian maid. My Bibik is a family whom I never pasang any CCTV on, nor asked anyone to report back to me about. My principle is simple, I feed my helper what I feed myself… so that she would feed my kids what I feed her. I makan nasik dengan bullseye egg, Bibik makan nasik with bullseye egg. I makan buffet kat Equatorial Bangi, Bibik makan buffet kat Equatorial Bangi. If she didn’t come with, I tapau-ed for her. She was my helper. She helped me a lot! Cheh, terdefensive pulak Enida!
Some people gaji maid RM400 pun bising macam 4 ribu. Lu pakai beamer, and with a big fat cheque every month, takkan gaji maid 400 pakai credit card kot? Dah la sabun mandi and Softex maid lu tak supply. Meh sini datang Moscow, gaji maid US$1400 for 5 and a half day non-negotiable. Baru lu tau sapa pakai Coach bags, sapa pakai BMW. Hehe. Life is good, Nizz! (Even though it’s only a Kaufman on my back and a free Alfio Raldo on my shoulder.)
r u talking about me? i know u love ur indon maid..for me indon ke tak indon tak jadi soal yang penting soal give and take..u probably orang yang bertuah kerana ada bibik yang sangat reliable…but dalam 100 ada la lebih kurang 10 maid yang sangat komited….
i m really dissatisfied la pasal indon n malaysia how they like to cari pasal with us…tapi bila bakar bendera malaysia i feel the burn…tak taulah u tak rasa apa2 since u r not around that much n u r now international. u know what’s make non sensical of it all…those yang bakar bendera tu buat not because they don’t like malaysia it’s because they are paid sepinggan nasi n air minum untuk 1 demo…menyedihkan kan? bila press diaorang mengapi2 rakyat n politician untuk pergi berperang dengan malaysia u nak kita diam ke?i dont wanna go to war..but if i must i’ll do it…so before we do that…lets do wat we can…they don’t like us…then y bother be friends…
about the gaji of the indon maid…rm800 is too much…n u know y? most of them are not well trained pun…n another reasons? most locals in kedah ni keje kilang gaji 500 je… if u somehow feel i’m not smart of SAYING MY THOUGHTS OUT LOUD…then it’s up to you coz…that’s how i feel.
and u know….i’m not s abrasive as i sound because if there is an indonesian hurt in front of me…i will tolong them…not that i will leave that person in the ditch or something…yes smart people don’t really listen to what have been said because they more on HOW things being said….but i go with how ikhlas u r la…sometimes being nice but actually ignorant won’t change any situation.
Dear Linda,
I am not talking about you, or Indonesian maids at all.
