I can, if I don’t kill myself first doing it, talk and write about laundry until all the cows and their boys come home. That much, I know about myself, I tell ya. And it’s not like I haven’t talked and written enough about dirty laundry already. But this one particularly laundry-related area is hard to hog all to myself. If you are like me who get nervous when garments do not come with washing instructions tag, this is probably a prized-possession laundry-related blog-post everrrr!

I like your ngomelities! I really do. Reminiscing – just like misery – needs company. Reminisce sorang-sorang pon buat sedih je. I wanted so much to masuk aliran Ekonomi Rumahtangga as well. So jealous bila bau masakan budak-budak kelas ERT on the ground floor naik to my class two floors above. I remember one time they made cupcakes with some orange rind in the dough/batter. And I thought, hhhuuuaaattt? Mak aku yang cina hali-hali mao makan limao ni pun tak makan kulit limao, dia bole letak kulit limao dalam muffins? Chee sin meh? But courtesy of a friend from ERT, I got to try one… and I agreed that it was a really good recycling idea. That orange rind.
I am a person when it comes to laundry, mengalahkan rocket-scientist.I’d be the one scrutinizing each garment, making sure it’s on ‘warm wash’ or that the color does not bleed.All wool jumpers would be hand-wash.All tudungs hand wash.All spender to be handwash OR on gentle cycle, but most of the time handwash.
I’m so uptight when it comes to laundry day, and *whispers* I find joy menggantung kain di ampaian,ikut warna, or ikut ‘jenis’ pakaian (seluar dulu, then t-shirt, then segala innerwear/underwear). It’s one of those homemaker joy.Melipat baju?Adoih.I admit, ade sedikit malas.
Baju ni investment, if jaga baik-baik, insyaAllah panjang hayat baju tersebut.Takkan nak beli baju tiap-tiap kali, kan?
